This applies to all your direct referrals and respective down lines no mater how many (no limit).

5. Stair Step Plan (Overriding Commission)

Depending on your rank, you earn stairstep incomes on your group sales volume as explained below.

Silver Executive – 10% overriding commission on your group’s sales volume. Achieved when the equivalent points of your group’s sales volume reached 10 points.

Gold Executive – 20% overriding commission on your group’s sales volume. Achieved when the equivalent points of your group’s sales volume reached 100 points.

Global Ambassador – 30% overriding commission on your group’s sales volume. Achieved when the equivalent points of your group’s sales volume reached 1,000 points.

Alliance in Motion Global, Inc., give its Distributors six (6) simultaneous ways to earn as follows:

1. RETAILING

Distributors can earn by simple retail sales of AIM Global Products. Distributors have a lifetime twenty five percent (25%) to fifty percent (50%) discounts to all products . This is called the Distributor Price (DP). They may then sell the products at a higher price, which should not be below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP).

2. DIRECT SPONSORING

For every new person that a Distributor sponsor, he/she earns a Direct Referral Bonus of PHP (P1,000) or USD ($22*) and gets 1,200 product/binary points.

3. MATCHED SALES BONUS

This is also know as the Binary Program. Upon becoming a Distributor, the latter can form two (2) sales forces under his account, the Left Sales Force and the Right Sales Force. For each sales force, there can be several levels. To earn from this system, each level from the Left Sales Force and each level from the the Right Sales Force must have a total of 1,200 points, which then reflects 2,400 points when combined. A Distributor immediately earns a Matched Sales Bonus of PHP (Php2,000)/USD ($44*) for every 2,400 combined sales force points.

Every 5th Matched Sale (pair) entitles the Distributor to a Gift Cheque (GC) for products instead of cash to maintain product sales.

For this system, it is important for the company to main a balance in both recruiting new Distributor and selling its products. A Distributor is not allowed to simply pull numerous recruits into the business and earn solely on the basis of the number of people he or she sponsors. This is why ALLIANCE IN MOTION GLOBAL, INC. utilizes the “Flush-Out” system. The “flush-out system works by allowing only sixteen (16) matched sales per day, divided eight (8) matched sales for two (2) time intervals or cycles.

16 Matched Sales per Day- (8 Matched Sales per Cycle) x (2 cycles per day) 1st Cycle: 12:00 am - 11:59 am 2nd Cycle: 12:00 pm - 11:59 pm A Distributor is not allowed to credit more than eight (8) matched sales for each cycle. Entering a ninth (9th) match within the same cycle will result to a “flush-out” of all the points accrued from the ninth (9th) match and he/she then goes back to zero points. However, the eight (8) matched sales will not be affected and will converted to income immediately. 4. UNI-LEVEL BONUS

The special feature of this scheme is the Dynamic Compression. This mechanism ensures that qualified Distributors will earn bonuses on all 10 levels without breakage to the inactive or non-performing Distributors within the earning levels. If among the 10 levels, one (1) level is inactive, the latter will not be counted as a level. Instead, the eleventh (11th) level will take the place of the tenth (10th) level, and so on.

This meant every sales of every position directly under you (your own downline) you are entitled to 10 percent of their total sales value credited to your own sales value, and everyone below that up to the tenth (10th) generation – you are entitled to 5% of their total sales value. For example, for every blister pack or box (P 844) bought by your 1st downline, you have P 20.00, and P 10.00 (2nd to 10th downline).

5. STAIR STEP BONUS (Overriding Commission)

Aside from the unilevel sales, a distributor will get an overriding commission once his or her rank is promoted. Hence, for every rank there is a corresponding overriding commission assigned and requirements. Global Ambassador - 1000 Global Packs 30% + 5% Unilevel P 70.00 Gold Executive - 100 Global Packs 20% + 5% Unilevel P 50.00 Silver Executive - 10 Global Packs 10% + 5% Unilevel P 30.00 Distributor 5 % Unilevel P 10.00

Based on the data shown above, the Stair Step Plan or Overriding Commission is based on a hierarchical system, from which the top position directly earns a higher percentage of commission based on sales value. If you are a Global Ambassador you are entitled to a 30 percent commissions on all sales done by distributors along your genealogical hierarchy, 20 percent on all Silver Executive and 10 percent on all Gold Executive. * It is not an individual purchase, but a group purchase.

6. ROYALTY BONUS

This applies only to global ambassadors who have also members who become global ambassadors. For each of the global ambassadors under him or her, he or she will get a royalty income of 2% for the group sales.

OTHER BONUS FOR GLOBAL AMBASSADORS

1.1. Global Ambassador 2000 – Part-owner of the Company – 2% profit sharing per year. 1.2. The 16 pairs per day is increased to 20 pairs per day or a maximum income of P 30,000.00/ per day. AIM Global, Inc. is a pro-distributor or pro-downline company because of the following reasons: 1. Global Package . Small capital exposure but with big return of investment (ROI). 2. No Quota . There is no quota to be maintained per month or per year. 3. No Time-Frame . You are given time freedom in doing your business. 4. No Demotion . Since there is no quota, then there is no demotion of rank in the stair step. Thus, if you are currently ranked as Gold Executive, in no way you will be reverted back to Distributor status. 5. No Pass Up . Let us say hypothetically, you and your immediate 2nd up to 5th downline are not doing the business and someone at your 6th level downline had managed to elevate himself to Silver Executive (SE), then to Gold Executive (GE), then finally to Global Ambassador (GA) in just a year by attaining the 10, 100, 1000 Global Packages for SE, GE, and GA, respectively. As he/she is elevated to a new rank, so does everyone above her direct genealogical line. Aside from being elevated, everyone above her is entitled to a small percentage of her total group product sales value, with the GA earning as much as 2%. This is the very reason why in three years, AIM Global has already produced 80 millionaires. 6. Dynamic Compression . This refers to the unilevel sales. What will be included in your 1st to 10th unilevel sales are only those downlines who are making a repurchase for that month. For example, if your 10th downline has no repurchase for this current month, and the 11th downline has a repurchase, then the latter will take the place of former. 7. Gift Checks . As discussed above, there is a corresponding PHP (P1,500) or or USD ($33*) for every pair of recruits. The company devised a cycle of gift checks for 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th pairs. Free products rotated per cycle. In every 25th pai r, you will receive SODEXO Gift Check Coupon (worth of P1,200) instead of Gift Checks of Product.
